To organize and oversee the operations of a number of stores. They will assume the responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained. 
The goal is to ensure every stores will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency.

They are responsible for the profitability of the outlet as they performs outlet-level support functions including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance and back office support.
An outlet manager must lead and direct their team to achieve their respective outlet performance goal.

Assistant manager is next person to look for in the absence of the outlet manager. They hold similar responsibilities as the outlet manager and they are also in charge of supporting the team towards the outlet’s performance target.

As a supervisor, they are responsible in implementing the manager’s decisions through the work of subordinate employees. 
They must ensure all staffs are performing their task as per their responsibility and ensure that everyone is able to achieve the objectives set by the manager.

Obtain seniority over the crew member. They are more experienced and have developed expertise on Chizu’s products. They are also able to provide guidance to new employees. Senior crew may be trained for promotion once their performance has exceeded the company’s expectation. 

In Chizu, we do not segregate our staff as we prefer to be a unified team. However, we do encourage specialties among our crew members. Every Chizu team in every outlets are comprise of Baker(s), Tearista/Barista(s), Cook(s), Server(s) and Host(s). 
As a future Chizu Crew, we encourage our staff to be involved in every aspect of the servicing and operation floor.
